By accessing or using any part of the software, mini-course, or services provided by Social Growth Co LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Software

You’re granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or business use.

Copying, reselling, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.

You’re responsible for connecting your Instagram account. Logging out or issues with Instagram access do not qualify for refunds.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscription renews automatically at $34.99/month.

You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date. You can do so one of these 4 ways.

- Whop (our payment processor)

- The software dashboard

- Our support widget (on user.socialgrowthco.com)

- Email: [email protected]

We cannot offer refunds for renewals once a charge has been processed.

Refund Policy (Mini-Course + Software Bundle)

We offer a 100% conditional refund only if all the following conditions are met:

- You complete the entire course.

- You post at least 10 trial reels per day for 30 consecutive days.

- You provide proof that you did not reach or gain more non-followers.

- You request the refund within 5 days of completing the 30 days.

- Your request is submitted via our support widget or emailed to [email protected] with subject line: "Refund Request".
- If these conditions are not met, the purchase is non-refundable.

No Chargebacks

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for reasons that violate our Terms. If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow the process in Section 3.
We reserve the right to ban your account and use this agreement and data to dispute any chargeback.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for abuse, malicious behavior, or violating our Terms. No refunds will be granted to terminated accounts.

Guarantee

We offer a performance-based guarantee: If you follow the exact system (see Section 3) and do not reach more non-followers, you’re eligible for a full refund.
We do not guarantee revenue, engagement, or follower count beyond this refund policy. Your results may vary.

Data Collection

We collect the following to provide our services:

- Email address

- Phone number

- Instagram usage data

Instagram™ is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of automation tools is at your own risk. If your account is flagged or banned, we are not liable.

Intellectual Property

All code, content, and training are the sole property of Social Growth Co LLC. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from use of our platform, course, or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA.
